John Kelly is a retired Superintendent of Road Policing. Road safety is his passion. John has demonstrated this passion by devoting thirty five years to road safety enforcement, education and administration. I see the Safer Systems approach as key to saving lives on our roads – the time when the different disciplines could act independently is passed and future gains will come with systems thinking and actions. I want to be part of that.
